Creeksong

I do street photography when the fair comes around. The camera sits at my solar plexus, and I trip the shudder with my thumb. f22. Lens set to wide angle. Fast shudder speed. The body just points where it does, sometimes bouncing up and down. I get lots of shots of tree tops and shoes. But... Some of the photos that have presented themselves are quite interesting. I never would have shot them if the camera was at my eye. It's like letting the car drive itself, and just seeing where it takes me. I did that more when I was yournger, but still get glimpes of myself doing that today.
