Now there's a vintage/antique item.... A "Brookfield Dairy Milk Baby Top Bottle".... Info. about the dairy itself is far more rare than the bottles themselves -- which came in cobalt blue and white/clear as well. The dairy was started in the 1920s as the Lerch Dairy in Hellertown, PA. It became the Brookfield Dairy in ~1950 and was owned by Howard Kemp. The dairy has since been torn down and apartments are located on the site.

The intriguing bottles may not be worth much --- ~$40 if antique -- but they have a certain charm to 'em =)

Incidentally, if you fill it with something white & non-reflective -- sugar, flower, baking soda -- it's possible to show even more detail in a photo.

Cute capture! Hope you don't mind the unsolicited info. ;)

Love unsolisited information! When I was sizing up the shot for post, I wondered how to make it look white inside. Your observation was not wasted.

Awww, cute!
When we lived in america , the milk was sold in very thin and soft rectangular plastic containers, a half, one or two gallons to choose from. Only fat real cream of the expensive brand was in glass bottles. That morning delivery of little bottles seemed still usual in movies we watched, but we shopped at the next superstore and got it there. Also never saw a neighbor getting little glass bottles to the doorstep. I had no idea they came with faces like the syrup with the aunt....
