When using 23 - the photo sharing service provided by 23 VISUAL ApS - you agree to the following terms of use:
- Be nice. Treat 23 like your own home and the other users as your guests.
- You can only use our service for your private use. Any commercial use is prohibited.
- If your use of the service results in high volume use of server capacity and bandwidth we can slow down or terminate your account.
- You are not allowed to post content of an explicitly sexual nature to 23. Such content will be removed without notice.
- You must be a human being (not a computer program).
- You must be 13 years or older to use our service.
- You are responsible for all actions done with your account on 23 and responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You must provide your full name and a valid email address when signing up.
- You can only sign up for one free account on our service.
- You own your own data and are responsible for what you upload and share.
- You agree to not use 23 for any illegal activities and not to violate any laws in the country you live in.
- Use our service at your own risk. Although we do everything to make sure your photos are safe we provide no guarantees.
- 23 will disclose your data if dictated by a subpoena by local authorities.
- You own your photos, contacts, data and all that you write, annotate and tag. We own the service, the design, our concept, our name and the technology.
We can terminate your account at any time if you violate these terms. You can terminate your account at anytime and get all your data exported from the "Your Account" area.
