he he, my german is not getting there, ha!
and fraufeli, and i like very much this colored wall, mit Sonnenblumen, and all painted, the colors almost feel like Mexico...

Hehe, Bere, don't worry!
I couldn't even tell the difference between "pachten" und "mieten". But I would like the idea to own a piece of land in Berlin and build a nice small house there..

And yes, the colours are great! Especially because the area around isn't that very pretty, so the wall lifts up the spirits..eh, kind of. :D

oh dear felita if you ever buy the land in Berlin, invite all of your 23 friends (me included selbstverständlich) to design your new Haus ;)
