The former occupant of the "Yellow House in Keota" strongly disliked the town being labeled a ghost town because there are still a few people living there. Also, she lovingly called her home the "house at Sunshine Corner."

I'm going back to Boulder (just for 4 days). I was planing to go to the Pawnee buttes and obviously stop in Keota ... I'll be there next week! (I'm missing the Grassland, the Colorado, Boulder, etc...)
I'll say hi to the house!
