Això passa quan no et porta un expert en el tema jajajajajaja

El truc es no olorar abans de testar... i continuar així fins que te'l beguis tot, per que la olor es fastigosa i es clar que afecta la sabor. Aquest que vam demanar es diu "Curado" que es ben be el Pulque amb fruites fresques o seques afegides. El nostre era "Curado de Piñón" i la veritat estava boniiiiiiiiisiiimmm!!! El Pulque es una beguda típica d'aquesta part de Mexic. (:

La veritat es que tot estava deliciós! :)
