walk by this building nearly everyday to work. one day a large black sign proclaiming 'kick some ass - salute the rough guys' appeared. headscratch and small chuckle daily. saw this http://www.grubbykid.com/ and it finally made some sense. today found them wrecking the building. foreman said it would be down by the weekend. said 'don't know what the owner wants to do. think he's gonna put up an eight-story highrise. well, these things come down a lot easier than they go up.'
