The pespectivic view is interesting, but according to british crime series, this is just the kind of place where gangsters meet to exchange things and point at each other with shotguns whilst doing so... :o)

I hoped so, for your sake.
But it still reminds me of that iconic scenery from the opening episode of "Life on Mars" where the dapper modern millenium policeman (John Simm) gets himself shot by a criminal below such a double bridge and then wakes up to that 70's purgatory where the whole series is set-- very realistic in a muddy construction site, amidst the pillars with no driveway overhead....
