Well, for Finns that might be a realistic option .... but I'm a bit spoiled in this matter. So I preferred staying in my warm coat :)

After a sauna, no problem, if there is a whole in the ice.
The water is then quite warm, about 4°C, when you are
going back to the air, then you feel the Temperature better :-)

Nice experience to swim in a lake in wintertime
