Tony Cardenas at Mission Foods Tortilla Plant Opening
Los Angeles Councilman Tony Cardenas at the opening of Mission Foods' new plant in Panorama City, California.
The plant represents a USD 50 million investment and will create over 400 jobs once it reaches full capacity. The California Governor’s Office of Economic Development (GoED) expects that the plant will greatly improve the local economic outlook.
